Cheil Worldwide is a tech-driven advertising agency with a global team of over 7,000 employees, including 70+ based in Sydney, Australia. We specialise in a broad range of marketing services, including digital, events, creative, retail, and film. This role primarily focuses on working with our key client, Samsung Consumer Electronics.
Primary Function
This is a full-time role on a one-year fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension. Based at our Olympic Park, Sydney offices, working hours will generally be in the afternoon and evening, depending on livestream production schedules.
This role drives customer engagement by presenting live broadcasts, promoting products and delivering energetic and compelling experience for viewers on behalf of our client, Samsung.

Duties and Responsibilities
|
- Present products with energy, clarity, and enthusiasm during live streams, ensuring audience engagement.
- Effectively promote products, ensuring a strong connection between product features and customer needs.
- Interact directly with viewers, answering their questions in real time to foster connection and trust.
- Encourage customer participation and promote a sense of community during the broadcast.
- Collaborate with the Team Lead to prepare session scripts, talking points, rehearsals and product details.
- Adapt to live changes in the script and provide dynamic input to keep the session engaging.

Qualifications and Experience
|
- A minimum of 2 years of live hosting experience or relevant experience in customer engagement, sales, and / or live products presentation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and excite a live audience.
- Comfort with live streaming platforms and the ability to think on your feet during broadcasts.
- A passion for sales and live commerce, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
- Experience in end to end live streaming management.
