We are looking for a talented and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and work closely with one of our key clients to drive their digital marketing efforts to the next level.
This is a full-time role on a one-year fixed-term contract, with the potential for a permanent role, based at our Olympic Park, Sydney offices.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing digital marketing strategies for our client. Your expertise in digital advertising, SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media will help ensure our client's objectives are met while driving growth and engagement. You will be responsible for planning, executing, analysing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and achieve business goals.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Campaign Management: Design, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- SEO & SEM: Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO optimization, and manage paid search campaigns to improve organic search rankings and paid media performance.
- Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to develop and distribute high-quality content (blogs, articles, videos, infographics, etc.) that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, track, and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and other reporting tools to make data-driven decisions and optimize results.
- Email Marketing: Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, focusing on segmentation, personalization, and performance optimization.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, develop content calendars, and create engaging posts that build brand presence and drive community engagement.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with the client to understand their objectives, provide regular performance reports, and ensure the marketing strategy aligns with their business goals.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to keep the client ahead of the competition.

Qualifications and Experience
|
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven experience managing PPC, SEO, and social media campaigns with strong knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools to track and measure campaign success.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar.
