The Business Manager is a mid-level delivery owner responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of complex TTL campaigns across multiple integrated workstreams.
You operate as the central point of coordination between clients, creative, strategy, and production teams, ensuring all components of a campaign are aligned, delivered on time, on budget, and to a consistently high standard.
 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for clients across assigned projects. 
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams. 
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication across all stages of project delivery. 
  • Proactively manage expectations, flag risks early, and support resolution of issues. 
  • Support Account Directors in managing client priorities and delivery alignment. 
  • Translate client briefs into clear scopes, timelines, and delivery plans. 
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of TTL campaigns across multiple workstreams. 
  • Coordinate internal teams (creative, strategy, production, digital) to ensure smooth execution. 
  • Lead weekly WIP meetings, tracking progress, dependencies, risks, and actions. 
  • Oversee production processes from briefing through to delivery and QA. 
  • Review creative and production outputs to ensure alignment with briefs, brand standards, and technical requirements. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient delivery. 
  • Support post-campaign reporting by consolidating data, outputs, and learnings. 
  • Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with performance insights and recommendations. 
     

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience & Skills

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in account, project, or production roles 
  • Experience delivering integrated TTL campaigns 
  • Strong understanding of creative and production workflows 
  • Experience with global/large brands advantageous 
  • Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, job tracking) 
  • Proficiency in tools (Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, Jira, Workbook etc.) 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail 
  • Tertiary qualification preferred
